Quitclaim of Easements in the Unincorporated Community of Stevenson\nRanch\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood Control\nDistrict (District), find that the portions of the easements for covered storm\ndrain, appurtenant structures, and ingress and egress purposes within Parcels\n1EXE, 1EXE.1, and 1EXE.2 related to Private Drain No. T1835, in the\nunincorporated Stevenson Ranch area (5) of the County, are no longer\nrequired for the purposes of the District; approve the quitclaim of easements\nfrom the District to the underlying fee property owner, Marquis Valley View,\nLLC.; authorize the Chief Engineer of the District to execute the quitclaim of\neasements document and authorize delivery to Marquis Valley View, LLC.; and\nfind that the proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
