Los Angeles County Home Visiting Integration Project Memorandum of\nUnderstanding Amendment\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Public Health to\nexecute an amendment to a memorandum of understanding with California\nHospital Medical Center, for the benefit of LA Best Babies Network, to increase\nthe maximum funding obligation by $106,200, from $150,000 to $256,200,\neffective upon execution, for the period of June 22, 2022 through June 30,\n2023; extend the term through June 30, 2024, at a maximum funding obligation\nof $75,000, fully offset by funding from the Los Angeles County Quality and\nProductivity Commission Productivity Investment Fund and the Conrad Hilton\nFoundation; and execute future amendments that extend the term, at amounts\ndetermined by both parties, adjust the term to complete project activities,\nprovide an increase or decrease in funding based on funding availability, and\nmake other necessary modifications.
