Proclaiming the Month of February 2023 as “Fight For Air Climb” Month\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Proclaim the month of\nFebruary as “Los Angeles Fight For Air Climb Month” in support of the event,\nwhich encourages County residents and employees to get appropriate\nscreenings, prevent or quit tobacco and e-cigs, advocate for cleaner air and\nreduce the risk for developing lung disease; urge County employees and\nresidents to learn about the Fight For Air Climb in Downtown Los Angeles on\nFebruary 26, 2023 by visiting FightForAirClimb.org/SoCal; instruct Los Angeles\nCounty Public Information Officers to promote and distribute materials related to\nthe Fight For Air Climb SoCal event; and instruct all County Department\nWellness Coordinators to promote the 2023 Fight For Air Climb SoCal and\nencourage colleagues to participate and support.
