19. Facility Reinvestment Program\nRecommendation: Establish and approve various proposed projects, including\n15 Capital Projects, and establish the proposed Hall of Administration Electrical\nSystem Replacement Project, Capital Project (CP) No. 87911, and the Hall of\nRecords Electrical System Replacement Project, CP No. 87912; approve an\naggregate Total Project Cost Estimate (TPCE) of $100,198,000 for the 17\nproposed projects and approve the revised TPCE of previously approved\nprojects, increasing the Facility Reinvestment Program TPCE to $750,000,000;\napprove the revised Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23 budgets totaling $332,500,000\nfor the proposed and approved projects, revising the total Facility Reinvestment\nProgram budget to $531,331,000; find that the proposed projects are either not\na project or are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act; and take\nthe following actions: 4-VOTES\nAuthorize the Directors of Internal Services and Public Works to deliver\nthe proposed projects using Board-approved Job Order Contracts; and\nApprove an appropriation adjustment transferring $8,719,000 in Net\nCounty Cost, from the Extraordinary Maintenance Budget to various\nproposed and approved General Fund Capital Projects and reduce\n$110,259,000 in Lease Revenue Obligation Notes appropriation and\nrevenue in special fund capital projects for the Facility Reinvestment\nProgram.
