LAC+USC Medical Center Pipe Corrosion Repairs and Emergency\nRoom-Computed Tomography Uninterrupted Power Supply Installation\nProjects Construction Contracts\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the LAC+USC Medical Center Pipe\nCorrosion Repairs Project, Capital Project (CP) No. 87878, with a total budget\nof $2,867,000, and the LAC+USC Medical Center Emergency Room Computed\nTomography Uninterrupted Power Supply Installation Project, CP No. 87879\n(1), with a total project budget of $1,391,000; approve the Fiscal Year (FY)\n2022-23 appropriation adjustment of $2,441,000 to reallocate $1,146,000 and\n$1,295,000 from the Department of Health Services' Enterprise\nFund-Committed for the Department of Health Services to fund the estimated FY\n2022-23 expenditures for CP Nos. 87878 and 87879; authorize the Director of\nPublic Works to deliver the projects using Board-approved Job Order\nContracts; and find that the proposed projects are exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
