Hearing on Interim Urgency Ordinance No. 2022-0065U for New\nDrive-Through Establishments within the Boundaries of the Green Zones\nDistrict Communities\nHearing on an ordinance for adoption to extend Interim Urgency Ordinance\nNo. 2022-0065U for a period of 10 months and 15 days to December 15, 2023,\nto temporarily require a Conditional Use Permit for the establishment of new\ndrive-through establishments on all properties located within the boundaries of\nthe Green Zones District communities (1, 2 and 4) in the unincorporated areas\nof Los Angeles County, and subject to the standards therein; and find that\nadoption of the ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct.
