End the Blockade of the Lachin Corridor\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Barger and Horvath: Direct the\nChief Executive Officer, through the Legislative Affairs and Intergovernmental\nRelations Division, to send a five-signature letter to President Joseph R. Biden\nJr. and Congressman Adam Schiff, with copies to the Armenian Congressional\nCaucus, calling for the Biden Administration to take the following actions:\nDemand the immediate re-opening of the Lachin Corridor and access to\nthe Nagorno-Karabakh region;\nProvide humanitarian assistance for the Armenian people impacted by\nthe Azerbaijan blockade of the Lachin Corridor, including food, supplies\nand medical assistance; and\nEnd all United States military and economic assistance to Azerbaijan and\ntake all necessary steps to hold the Azerbaijan regime accountable for its\ncrimes.
