The extension of the\nUrgency Ordinance implements Government Code Sections 65852.2 and\n65852.22 within the City of Burbank in a manner that is consistent with the\nrequirements of State ADU law. As such, the extension of the Urgency\nOrdinance is exempt from CEQA.\nPublic Hearing Public Comment: To speak in person, a SALMON Public\nComment Card must be completed and presented to the City Clerk prior\nto the comment period.\nCouncil Action:\nN.
