Item 202: Authorize the City to Apply to, Accept, Appropriate, and Expend Funding From the\nCalifornia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control – Office of Traffic Safety\n(ABC-OTS) Grant Program.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThere are no cost share requirements. The grant funds shall be received on a reimbursable\nbasis. Expenditures will be initially sourced from Grant Fund – State, and then\nreimbursed from the ABC-OTS Grant Program. There is no requirement for continued\nexpenditures or services once grant funding is depleted or terminated. State law requires\nthat the funds supplement and not supplant funds otherwise available to law\nenforcement. The total revenue applied for in FY2023 is $50,000.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\n(R-2023-344 Cor.
