13. Findings to Continue Teleconference Meetings Under Assembly Bill 361\nand Related Actions\nRecommendation: Acting on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, and on behalf\nof entities for which the Board members serve as governing members\n(Governing Members), and for commissions, task forces, etc., which were, or\nare, created either by the Board or Governing Members or at their direction,\nand are subject to the Brown Act: (1) find in accordance with Assembly Bill\n(AB) 361 Section 3(e)(3), California Government Code Section 54953(e)(3),\nthat the Board has reconsidered the circumstances of the State of Emergency\ndue to the COVID-19 pandemic and that the State of Emergency remains active\nand (2) find, in accordance with AB 361 Section 3(e)(3), California Government\nCode Section 54953(e)(3), the state of emergency continues to directly impact\nthe ability of the members to meet safely in person.
