Multifamily Housing Revenue Notes to Finance the Development of\nRamona Metro Point in the City of El Monte\nRecommendation: Adopt and instruct the Chair to sign a resolution authorizing\nthe issuance, sale and delivery of tax-exempt Multifamily Housing Revenue\nNotes (Notes), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,497,120, to\nfinance the site acquisition, construction, and development of Ramona Metro\nPoint, a 51-unit multifamily housing, located at 11016 Ramona Boulevard in the\nCity of El Monte (1); and authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles\nCounty Development Authority to negotiate, execute, and if necessary, amend\nor terminate all related documents and take all necessary actions for the\nissuance, sale, and delivery of the Notes.
