Exchange of Services Agreement Amendment\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire\nProtection District (District), authorize the Interim Fire Chief to execute an\namendment to the Exchange of Services Agreement between Toyota Motor\nSales, U.S.A., Inc. (Toyota) and the District to extend the current term for a\nmaximum of two one-year extension options through June 1, 2025, for the\ncontinued use of 65 Toyota vehicles for lifeguard patrol and emergency\nresponse services throughout local County beaches (2, 3 and 4); and find that\nthe proposed amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct.
