Approve Resolution No. 2023-023, declaring that three City-owned\nproperties on the NWC of Arrow Boulevard and Sierra Avenue (Assessor’s\nParcel Numbers 0191-163-16, 0191-163-17, and 0191-163-26) are “Surplus\nLand” pursuant to the Surplus Land Act, Government Code Section 54220 Et\nSeq.; and approving the form of Notice of Availability.\n2.
