Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center Medical Air and\nVacuum Remodel Project\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the Rancho Los Amigos National\nRehabilitation Center Medical Air and Vacuum Remodel Project, Capital Project\nNo. 87595 (Project) (4), with a total budget of $1,796,000; approve the Fiscal\nYear (FY) 2022-23 appropriation adjustment to transfer $172,000 from the\nDepartment of Health Services' Enterprise Fund-Committed for the Department\nof Health Services to fund the estimated FY 2022-23 expenditures for the\nProject; authorize the Director of Internal Services to deliver the Project using a\nBoard-approved Job Order Contract; and find that the proposed Project is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
