23. Radiology Room Remodeling Projects and Capital Projects\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the Century Regional Detention\nFacility X-ray Room Remodeling Project, Capital Project (CP) No. 87875 (4),\nwith a total project budget of $219,000, North County Correctional Facility X-ray\nRoom Remodeling Project, CP No. 87876 (5), with a total project budget of\n$344,000, and the Twin Towers Correctional Facility X-ray Room Remodeling\nProject, CP No. 87877 (1), with a total project budget of $252,000; approve an\nappropriation adjustment to transfer $292,000 from the Integrated Correctional\nHealth Services operating budget funded by AB 109, to fund the projected\nFiscal Year 2022-23 expenditures for the following: $86,000 for CP No. 87875,\n$8,000 for CP No. 87876, and $198,000 for CP No. 87877; authorize the\nDirector of Internal Services to deliver the capital projects using a\nBoard-approved Job Order Contract; and find that the proposed projects are\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
