A\n\nConsideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to adopt\n\nResolution No. 25-29 – A Resolution approving Entertainment Permit Case\n\nNo. EP 25-01 to allow for live musical and dance performers, DJs, dancing,\n\nkaraoke, and stand-up comedy at an existing restaurant within the\n\nGeneral Commercial (“C-G”) zone on real property commonly known as\n\n14074 Woodruff Avenue; Applicant: Agustin Fernandez-Saucedo.\n\nCEQA: The City reviewed the environmental impacts under the California\n\nEnvironmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et seq. “CEQA”) and\n\nthe regulations promulgated thereunder (14 Cal. Code of Regs. §§ 15000, et seq.,\n\nthe “CEQA Guidelines”). The activity contemplates issuing a permit for dance and\n\nentertainment within an existing structure and does not involve any physical\n\nchanges to the environment. Accordingly, this activity is exempt from further review\n\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15301.\n\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing, take testimonial and\n\ndocumentary evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\n\nNo. 25-29; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
