TMP-1872 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-9121 - ORDERING THE SUMMARY\nVACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF THE EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC\nSTREET GRANTED BY DOCUMENT 2015-0017235 OVER\nASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 220-202-01 AND RESERVING\nTHEREFROM DRAINAGE AND UTILITY RIGHTS, ALL LOCATED\nWITHIN THE UNIVERSITY DISTRICT SPECIFIC PLAN AREA\n(PA22-0004) AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING\nCOMMISSION\nRecommendation: ADOPT and APPROVE the following, in the order set forth below, as recommended\nby the Planning Commission:\n1. ADOPT Categorical Exemption CE22-041 per CEQA Section 15305, Class V\n(Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations); and\n2.
