9.\nART IN PUBLIC PLACES APPLICATION FOR INSTALLATION OF\nSCULPTURE AT 288 CRESS STREET\nRecommendations:\n(1) Approve the application to install a sculpture entitled, “Ascension” by\nLouis Longi to satisfy the Art in Public Places requirement in Chapter 1.09\nof the Laguna Beach Municipal Code for the development at 288 Cress\nStreet; and\n(2) Find that the recommended action is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15303 of the State\nCEQA Guidelines.
