F. Approval of Fourth Modification to Agreement #11052 with Clean Earth Environmental Solutions for\nHazardous Waste Disposal\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1.\nAdopt a finding of categorical exemptions pursuant to Section 15301 and Section\n15330 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a fourth modification to\nAgreement #11052 in an amount of $300,000 with Clean Earth Environmental Solutions,\nInc. (formerly Stericycle Environmental Solutions), for hazardous waste services for the\nPublic Works Department. The term of the contract will remain unchanged, resulting in a\nfive-year amended agreement with a new total amount not to exceed $1,350,000, with\nfuture year funding contingent on Council budget approval.\na.
