G. Approval of the Ratification of Purchase Order to Premier Security Services, Inc. for Emergency\nRepair and Maintenance of the Airport Security Access Control System\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2. Ratify the Procurement Manager’s issuance of a purchase order with Premier Security\nServices, Inc., to provide maintenance and repair of the airport’s security access control\nsystem for the Public Works Department, Airport Division. The emergency purchase was\nmade as an exception to the competitive bidding process pursuant to Section 2.24.250(i)\nand is for a total amount not to exceed $50,000.\na.
