C. Accept Grant Award from the Softwood Lumber Board for the Mass Timber Accelerator Program\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1.\nAdopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to accept a grant awarded in the amount of $100,000 from\nthe Softwood Lumber Board for a mass timber accelerator program in the Public Works\nDepartment; and to accept all grant renewals;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to accept the grant and\nall grant renewals; and\n4.
