H. Approval of Fifth Modification of Agreement with Accela to Support OpenCounter Special Events\nPlatform\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a fifth modification to agreement\n#4384 in an amount of $44,730 with Accela, Inc. to support the City’s OpenCounter\nSpecial Events platform for the Information Services Department. This would result in a\nnine-year amended agreement with a new total not to exceed $503,561, with future year\nfunding contingent on Council budget approval;\n2.
