A. Parking Rate Restructuring Strategies\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15273 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines\n2. Review and provide direction and recommendations on the parking rate restructuring\nproposals presented herein;\n3. Provide approval for proposed rate structure; and\n4. Direct staff to begin the California Coastal Commission approval process for the\nproposed rates and return to Council with a parking resolution for approval upon\ncompletion of the Coastal Commission process.\na.
