CC 23. Final Map Approval – Tract Map No. 061817 (Located at the South Side of Avenue H-4 and\n15th Street East)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the map and accept the dedications as offered on Tract Map No. 061817 located at\nthe south side of Avenue H-4 and 15th Street East; make findings that this project will not\nviolate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1 and 66474.6 of the Subdivision\nMap Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the certificate which\nembodies the approval of said map and the dedications shown thereon.\nThe Final Map is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Tract Map No.\n061817, has been examined by the City Surveyor, and is ready for the City Council’s\napproval. In addition, an Undertaking Agreement has been executed, and Improvement\nSecurities have been collected to guarantee the installation of improvements and monuments.
