CC 7. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with SRK Consulting,\nLLC. (SRK)\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with SRK Consulting\nLLC (SRK) for an additional two (2) years (expiration date moved to 8/14/2028) and a notto-exceed amount of $125,000 annually for additional services added to scope.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to finalize and execute all documents related\nto the Amendment.\nIn July 2022, the City onboarded SRK Consulting LLC as a force multiplier for Housing\nstaff following an extensive Request for Proposals (RFP) process. SRK currently provides\nsupport to a variety of programs and projects including, but not limited to, the First Time\nHomebuyer Program; the Housing Rehabilitation Program; Permanent Local Housing\nAllocation (PLHA) monitoring and reporting; annual Neighborhood Stabilization Program\nmonitoring; and annual Mobilehome Park Permits to Operate and quarterly report collection.\nBased on SRK’s knowledge of these items and current status in the midst of several projects\nwith the Housing team, staff is proposing an extension of their professional services\nagreement for an additional two (2) years
