Lancaster Community Center Roof Project Notice of Completion\nRecommendation(s):\nAccept the work completed by Rite-Way Roofing Corporation for the Lancaster Community\nCenter Roof Project and direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the\nproject.\nThe proposed project included Rite-Way roofing supplying the building with a 60 mil thick\nPVC single-ply roof membrane, ensuring the building’s longevity and continued\nprogramming. Construction of the project has been completed to the satisfaction of the\nDirector of PARCS. The project was substantially completed on July 9, 2025, which was\nwithin the time permitted by the contract.
