CC 4. Final Map Approval – Parcel Map No. 84456 (Located at 44447 10th Street West)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the map for Parcel Map No. 84456 located at 44447 10th Street West; make findings\nthat this project will not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1 and\n66474.6 of the Subdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the\nmap the certificate which embodies the approval of said map.\nOn April 15, 2024, the City of Lancaster Community Development Department approved\nTentative Administrative Parcel Map No. 84456 subject to the conditions of approval for Site\nPlan Review No. 19-05. Tentative Administrative Parcel Map 84456 expires on April 15,\n2026. The Final Map is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative\nAdministrative Parcel Map No. 84456, has been examined by the City Surveyor, and is ready\nfor the City Council’s approval. In addition, monuments have been set and inspection for the\nmonumentation has been completed.
