8.\nAPPROVAL\nTHIRD\nAMENDMENT\nTO\nTHE\nMEMORANDUM\nOF\nUNDERSTANDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND COST\nSHARING TO PREPARE AND IMPLEMENT A WATERSHED\nMANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND INTEGRATED MONITORING\nPROGRAM FOR THE LOS CERRITOS CHANNEL WATERSHED\nRecommended Action: Approve the third amendment to the\nMemorandum of Understanding with the Los Angeles Gateway\nRegion Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers\nAuthority (JPA) for administration and cost sharing to prepare and\nimplement a Watershed Management Plan (WMP) and Coordinated\nIntegrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) for the Los Cerritos\nWatershed; and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to\nexecute the third amendment.
