10.\nAPPROVAL\nNON-SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE 2021-2022 ANNUAL\nACTION PLAN HOME-ARP ALLOCATION PLAN\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the non-substantial\namendment to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan and authorize the\nCity Manager or his designee to submit it to the US Department of\nHousing and Urban Development (HUD); and 2) allocate an\nadditional $1,264 in the Special Revenue Fund for tenant-based\nrental assistance under the Community Preservation Division.
