9.1\nCAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2018-06, VALLEY VIEW AVENUE PAVEMENT\nREHABILITATION FROM IMPERIAL HIGHWAY TO ROSECRANS AVENUE - REVIEW OF\nBIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT, AND RESOLUTION NO. 25-15 AUTHORIZING A\nBUDGET AMENDMENT – It is recommended the City Council award the contract for\nCapital Improvement Project No. 2018-06, Valley View Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation\nfrom Imperial Highway to Rosecrans Avenue, to R.J. Noble Company in the amount of\n$2,972,413.00; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City;\nauthorize the City Manager to approve addendums to the on-call consulting services\nagreements for construction support services in an amount not to exceed 20 percent of the\nconstruction contract cost; authorize the City Manager to approve additional costs up to 20\npercent of the construction contract cost; and adopt Resolution No. 25-15 authorizing a\nbudget amendment for Capital Improvement Project No. 2018-06, Valley View Avenue\nPavement Rehabilitation from Imperial Highway to Rosecrans Avenue, in the amount of\n$3,000,000.00.\n9.1 Reso.
