9.\nAgaroval of Aareement with Flock Group, Inc. for the Purchase and Installation of\nAutomated License Plate Recognition ( ALPR) Cameras at Designated Locations\nThroughout the City\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1)\nApprove and authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Flock Group, Inc.\n2)\nFlock Safety) for the phased purchase and installation of ALPR ( Automated\nLicense Plate Recognition) cameras once the agreement is approved by the City\nAttorney; and\nApprove Resolution No. 2025authorizing the City Manager to dispense with\ncompetitive\nsolicitation\nrequirements\nfor\nthe\npurchase\nand\ninstallation\nof\nautomated license plate recognition cameras.
