F.\nBalloon Festival Saturday Headliner Options\nRecommendation: To approve one of four proposed Saturday headliner\noptions for the 11th Cathedral City International Hot Air Balloon Festival,\nauthorize staff to negotiate a shared revenue agreement with SoundSkilz,\nInc. for cost recovery where applicable, and authorize the Communications &\nEvents Manager to pursue major sponsorship opportunities to offset\nproduction costs.\nDISCUSSION ON FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS\nThis is an opportunity for members of the City Council to request that, and for the\nCity Council to discuss whether, one or more items should be added to the agenda\nof a future regular or special City Council meeting. To comply with the Brown Act,\ndiscussion should be limited to whether to add the item(s), and direction given to\nthe City Manager regarding scheduling and prioritization of the item(s).
