I.\nResolution Adopting an Updated City-Wide Salary Schedule\nRecommendation: To adopt a resolution approving a city-wide publicly\navailable pay schedule in compliance with California Code of Regulations,\nTitle 2, Sections 570.5, 571, 571.1, and to acknowledge the chartermandated salary adjustment for elected officials. This resolution will\nsupersede all previous resolutions regarding job classifications and\ncompensation levels to the extent they conflict with this new\nrecommendation.\n4
