The action involves\nan organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in\nthe direct or indirect physical change in the environment.\nRecommended Action: Direct staff to draft the necessary revisions to\nMunicipal Code 14.40.145, updating the restricted parking hours to reflect the\nnew timeframe.
