Agreement with KABOOM! to Provide Updated Playground Equipment at Sandpointe\nPark\nDepartment(s): Parks, Recreation, and Community Services\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to approve a community partner\nagreement with KABOOM!, Inc. for new playground equipment at Sandpointe Park in\nthe amount of $8,500 (Agreement No. A­2025­XXX).\nGrant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant\nProgram in an amount not to exceed $300,000 over a three­year period, beginning\nAugust 19, 2025 and expiring June 30, 2028, with the option for an extension\n(Agreement No. A­2025­XXX).
