Agreement with MDG Associates, Inc. to Provide On­Call Comprehensive Financial,\nGrant Monitoring, Administrative, and Technical Support Services for the CDBG,\nHOME, and ESG Programs (General & Non­General Funds) (Specification No. 25­\n076A)\nDepartment(s): Community Development Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with\nMDG Associates, Inc. to provide on­call comprehensive financial, grant monitoring,\nadministrative, and technical support services for the Community Development Block\nGrant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant\nProgram in an amount not to exceed $300,000 over a three­year period, beginning\nAugust 19, 2025 and expiring June 30, 2028, with the option for an extension\n(Agreement No. A­2025­XXX).
