Agreement with Immigrant Defenders Law Center for Immigration Legal Defense\nServices (Specification No. 24­137) (General Fund)\nDepartment(s): City Manager’s Office\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with\nImmigrant Defenders Law Center to provide immigration legal defense services to\nSanta Ana residents in the amount of $250,000 for the term of August 19, 2025 to\nAugust 18, 2026, with provisions for two, one­year extensions at an amount of\n$250,000 per extension, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $750,000 over a\nthree­year period (Agreement No. A­2025­XXX).
