AMENDMENT NO. 1 - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT - CITYWIDE INSPECTION\nSERVICES - ENGINEER'S REPORT NO. 25-20\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 1 for the agreement with Onward Engineering to\nincrease the annual contract amount to $200,000 for Citywide Inspection Services; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the amendment provided there is available budget, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
