32.\nAPPROVE AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AP\nTRITON, LLC, TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION SERVICES TO\nTHE CITY OF SANTA FE SPRINGS FIRE DEPARTMENT (FIRE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the award of a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with AP Triton,\nLLC, as a sole source provider, to provide professional consulting services for the\nCity’s Response to Request for Proposals (RFP): Ambulance Service: Response\nto Los Angeles County’s RFP; and\n2) Adopt a Resolution to waive the City’s competitive bidding process with AP Triton,\nLLC, with respect to this PSA; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the PSA and any subsequent\namendments, subject to approval by the City Attorney as to form; and\n4) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
