18.\nON-CALL TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES – AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR RFB\nNO. 25-1 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Accept the proposal from West Coast Arborists, Inc. in response to RFB No. 251 for On-Call Tree Maintenance Services; and\n2) Award a contract to West Coast Arborists, Inc. from Anaheim, California for OnCall Tree Maintenance Services for an annual fee not-to-exceed $350,000; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with West Coast Arborists,\nInc.; and\n4) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
