26.\nAMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH LISA WISE CONSULTING\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with\nLisa Wise Consulting (Lisa Wise) to expand the scope of work to include reviewing\nand making recommendations regarding the City’s industrial design objective\nstandards in an amount that shall not exceed $42,275; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to take any additional, related action(s) that may be\ndesirable.
