H. \nCITY OF JURUPA VALLEY OPERATIONS CENTER (JVOC) BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS\nRequested Action:\n1. That the City Council award a construction contract to CCF Flooring Contractors in the amount of\n$43,926.62 for JVOC Interior Floor Replacement, authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreement in the form attached hereto and to approve contingency of up to ten percent of the original\ncontract amount; and\n2. That the City Council award a construction contract to Ewing Painting, Inc. in the amount of\n$36,830.92 for JVOC Interior Paint Improvements, authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreement in the form attached hereto and to approve contingency of up to ten percent of the original\ncontract amount; and\n3. That the City Council award a contract to Allied Office Products in the amount of $27,782.51 for JVOC Cubicle\nImprovements, authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in the form attached hereto.\n4.
