P.\nAWARD CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nAGREEMENTS FOR THE MISSION BOULEVARD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PHASE\n3 PROJECT\nRequested Action: That the City Council:\n1. Award a Construction Contract to All American Asphalt in the amount of $1,818,114.00 for the\nMission Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 3 Project and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Agreement in the form attached hereto; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Z&K Consultants, Inc. in the\namount of $99,944 for Construction Management and Construction Inspection services for\nthe Mission Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 3 Project in the form attached hereto;\nand\n3.
