It is recommended that the City Council approve the purchase of six Q-Star Technology cameras in\nthe amount of $58,109.90 and two IREX cameras in the amount of $88,174.00 for the Illegal\nDumping Camera Pilot Program, utilizing grant funds awarded by Congressman Mark Takano and\nadministered by the U.S. Department of Justice.\n2.
