Q. \nACCEPTANCE OF SB 821 BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN FACILITIES PROGRAM FUNDING\nFOR THE PEDLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND FELSPAR STREET PEDESTRIAN\nIMPROVEMENTS\nRequested Action:\n1. That the City Council accept $535,975 in Senate Bill 821, Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities\nProgram, funding for the Pedley Elementary School and Felspar Street Pedestrian Improvements\nProject; and\n2.
