A.\nBELLEGRAVE STUDY AREA COMMUNITY MEETING, ZONE CHANGE AND UPDATE TO\nTHE BUSINESS PARK ZONE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS\nRequested Action: That the City Council provide directions on the following:\nWhether to proceed with a Change of Zone from Manufacturing-Service Commercial (M-SC) and Industrial\nPark (I-P) zones to Business Park (B-P) zone for certain parcels within the Bellegrave Study Area to be\nconsistent with the General Plan.\nWhether to proceed with a code amendment to the Business Park (B-P) zone to (1) modify permitted uses,\nand (2) include development standards to address industrial uses, truck circulation, parking restrictions, air\nquality, streetscape, community benefits, and enhanced design, as outlined in the report\nWhether to increase code enforcement efforts and other solutions to address truck circulation, truck parking,\nair quality, infrastructure concerns, and other public safety concerns.\nStaff Report "PDF"
