10.16\nPublic Improvement Agreement, Bonds, Acceptance and 90% Release of Securities for\nTract Map Nos. 28786, 28791, 28792, 28793 and 28794 for Quartz Ranch, by Lennar\nHomes of California, LLC\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Improvement\nAgreement for landscape improvements associated with Quartz Ranch, Tract\nMap Nos. 28786, 28791, 28792, 28793 and 28794, located on the east and west\nsides of Evans Road, north of Holland Road, and south of La Piedra Road; and\n2. Accept the public landscape improvements for Quartz Ranch and authorize the\nCity Engineer to release 90% of the posted securities per the City’s standard\npolicies.
