10.17\nPublic Improvement Acceptance and 90% Release of Security for Tract Map 36303, by\nLennar Homes of California, Inc.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Accept the public improvements for streets, drainage, water, sewer, and\nlandscape for Tract Map 36303, located east of Sherman Road and north of\nHolland Road; and\n2. Authorize the City Engineer to release 90% of the posted securities per the\nCity’s Standard policies.
