(Zoren) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2025-____, A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES\nCONFIRMING THE REPORT OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT COSTS AND\nAUTHORIZING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT, IN THE FORM OF A LIEN IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $952.40 TO RECOVER ABATEMENT COSTS ON PROPERTY\nLOCATED AT 2 PEPPERTREE DRIVE, RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA\n90275 (CASE NO.
