9.D. Proposition A Memorandum of Understanding\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”),\nin a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan\nTransportation Authority to receive Proposition A of $97,105 for FY 25-26;\n2. Appropriating anticipated revenue of $97,105 to Prop A Fund 238 in the FY2025-26\nbudget; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
